My shopping cart is empty after I added an item. Why? The problem could be that you are using Internet Explorer 6 or above and your cookie settings are not configured to accept cookies from thelivingjarboe.com when using the site swans.pair.com.. Unfortunately this is the default setting for newer versions of Internet Explorer and it "breaks" our shopping cart. To correct the problem, please go through the following steps: 1. Open up your Internet Options by clicking on the "Tools" menu and selecting "Internet Options..." which is at the bottom of the menu 2. Select the "Privacy" tab by clicking on it at the top of the Internet Options window. 3. Click on the "Edit" button, which should open the "Per Site Privacy Actions" dialog box. 4. Enter "thelivingjarboe.com" and "swans.pair.com" as domains that you will ALLOW to send cookies to your computer. Please take our word that no harm will come to your computer as a result of allowing our cookies.
